AI in Education - Evacuee Postcard

Absolutely loving using ‘AI in Education’ and seeing the impact it is having upon teaching and learning. Today I used it with my Year 5 pupils to interview a World War 2 evacuee and then the pupils were able to utilise the gained knowledge and vocabulary etc within their writing. Today the pupils used ‘Lifecards’ app to write a postcard as if they were an evacuee writing home to their mother and there is no doubt that the AI element to the start of the lesson had a positive impact on the work which the children produced. Will definitely be exploring and utilising AI more and more in a wide variety of curriculum areas in the coming weeks. Excited to see just what AI can bring to education in the coming months and years.
