Birchwood Beat Radio

Another great day at Birchwood Primary School (Tamworth). Had the real pleasure of working with some of their Digital Leaders and appearing on an Online Safety of their ‘Birchwood Beat’ radio station. The fantastic Russell Prue has done an amazing job in installing and setting-up the radio station and also in training the staff and pupils accordingly. It was great to see the confidence and independence of the pupils in managing and producing the show and the quality was of a real high standard. This is an incredible way of promoting speaking and listening skills and giving pupils real pride and an audience for their work.
