Excited for BETT

Arrived in London ahead of what I’m sure will be a great week at ‘BETT Show’ (Bett Global). Lots of exciting experiences ahead, such as attending the BETT Awards as a judge for the first time tomorrow night, hosting the BETT Futures arena on Friday and presenting on my own in the BETT Academy Live theatre tomorrow. Undoubtedly the highlight of the week though will be getting to share the stage and presenting with my wonderful Digital Leaders from Lanchester EP on Thursday afternoon. So glad that BETT are now actively encouraging and promoting pupil participation at BETT and for those of you who will be there on Thursday afternoon, I would love for you to come along and see their ‘Student Voice - Coding Across the Curriculum’ presentation at 3:50pm. I want to take this opportunity to thank Eve Harper, Cat McDavid and Anna Bailey for giving my pupils this amazing opportunity to be part of the BETT Show programme, but also to the amazing Al Kingsley from NetSupport who has been a long-standing supporter of the ‘student voice’ and whose his generous sponsorship it wouldn’t be possible for my pupils to have this amazing experience to present to a worldwide audience of delegates. #Bett2022
